To reach the Conference Venue there are several means of transport:

USEFUL INFORMATION
Program & Abstracts
The final program will be available for download from the forum website one month before the forum. The printed program book will be distributed at the registration desk together with the digital forum materials (e.g. abstracts) on CDs.
Badges
The forum identification badges are provided along with other conference items upon registration. Please wear them at all times during the event. Please note that your conference badge assures your entrance to forum premises, those without badges may be refused. The identification badges are also helpful when contacting the secretariat and other participants.
Official Forum language
The official language of the Forum will be English. English-Hungarian simultaneous interpretation will be provided during the Opening Session, IAQ Panels and Closing Session. Other language interpretation also available on demand, please contact Forum Secretariat at golob@congressline.hu.
Posters
Posters will be exhibited in the Foyer.
Poster set-up: 16:00-19:00 (Sunday, October 25, 2015) or 8:00-12:00 (Monday, October 26, 2015)
Poster removal: 08:00-12:00 (Wednesday, October 28, 2015).
All supplies needed to hang the posters will be available at the poster venue.
Internet access
Free WIFI is available during the conference opening hours throughout the venue.
Meals
Coffee breaks, lunches, welcome cocktail and gala dinner are included in the registration fee.
