Reservation to Kempinski Corvinus and Mercure City Center

Please follow the below links to book your room. Upon receipt of the reservation, each participant will receive a confirmation from the booked hotel by email. Please note that any reservation payment or change of the reservation should be sent directly to the hotel administration. Terms and conditions, cancellation policy will be clearly stated on the hotels’ booking sites.

Reservation to all other hotels

Reservation will be made only on pre-payment and should be sent online or in written form on the Registration & Hotel Booking Form.
Upon receipt of the reservation and payment, each participant will receive a confirmation from the Forum Secretariat by email. Any modification requests should be sent to Forum Secretariat. Once modified on-site, the actual final cost of the stay and the extras should be paid directly at the hotel reception upon departure. All cancellations should be sent to Forum Secretariat in written form.
