MENURegistration is required for all congress participants. All registrations should be sent online. Please register as soon as possible in order to secure your place at the discounted early registration fees.

Confirmation
Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the Congress Organiser upon receipt of registration and payment. If the confirmation has not been received after 1 week of the application, please do not hesitate to contact the Congress Organiser via email at office@congressline.hu.
Cancellation Policy of Registration
All the cancellations and changes must be sent to the Congress Organiser (CongressLine Ltd.) in written form. All refunds will be processed after ECCN 2017. Please send your exact bank account details in the written cancellation.
Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:
- 100% refund (minus an administrative fee of 50 Euro) – in case of cancellation, received before 20 July, 2017
- No refund – in case of cancellation, received after 20 July, 2017
Payment
All payments should be made in Euro. All charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender. Registration and payments sent after 15 August, 2017 may not be confirmed in written form. In this case please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.
The Organisers kindly ask the participants to provide accurate billing information! Upon any modification in data the Conference Organiser will charge 10 EUR for issuing the new bill.
