Hotel reservations
Congressline Ltd. (as the Congress Organiser) has been appointed as the official hotel accommodation agent for the ENOC 2017 Conference and will handle all related reservations.
A number of hotels of various categories are available for participants of ENOC 2017. All hotels are located within a reasonable distance by public transportation from the venue (Budapest University of Technology and Economics).
Hotel reservations are on a “first come, first-served” basis. Please book your accommodation as soon as possible since the end of June is a very popular touristic period in Budapest and the rooms in many hotels are limited.
All rates are per room per night including breakfast and 18% VAT and City tax.
Extras are to be paid directly at the hotel reception before departure.
Please consider: if you visit different hotel reservation sites on the web (booking sites or hotels’ own sites), please note that the prices listed first there are generally do not include all the local taxes and breakfast costs.

Please follow the below links to book your room. Upon receipt of the reservation, each participant will receive a confirmation from the booked hotel by email. Please note that any reservation payment or change of the reservation should be sent directly to the hotel administration. Terms and conditions, cancellation policy will be clearly stated on the hotels’ booking sites.
