Registration is required for all congress participants. All registrations should be sent online or in written form on the Registration & Hotel Booking Form. Please register as soon as possible in order to secure your place at the discounted early registration fees.

Confirmation
Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the Congress Office upon receipt of registration and payment. If the confirmation has not been received after 1 week of the application, please do not hesitate to contact Congress Office via email at huba@congressline.hu. Payments sent after 25 October may not be confirmed in written form. In this case, please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.Cancellation Policy of Registration
All the cancellations and changes must be sent to the Congress Office (CongressLine Ltd.) in written form. All refunds will be processed after the Congress. Please send your exact bank account details in the written cancellation.
Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:
- 100% refund (minus 50 EUR administrative fee) in case of cancellation received before 5 September, 2017
- No refund in case of cancellation received after 5 September, 2017
Payment
All payments should be made in Euro. All charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender. Registration and payments sent after 25 October, 2017 may not be confirmed in written form.
