Accommodation

A number of hotels of various categories are available for participants of ECEIM 2017 in the neighborhood of the congress. The Congress Office will handle all hotel reservations. 


All hotels are located within a reasonable walking distance or can be reached easily by public transportation from the venue, Hilton Budapest Hotel.

Hotel booking deadline: 1 October, 2017 – after this deadline accommodation cannot be guaranteed. Hotel reservations can be made through the Congress Office and are on a first come first served basis.

Reservation will be made only with pre-payment and should be sent online or in written form on the Registration & Hotel Booking Form.

Upon receipt of the reservation and payment, each participant will receive a confirmation from the Congress Office by email. Any prior modifications and all cancellations should be sent to Congress Office in written form.

Once modified on-site, the actual final cost of the stay and the extras should be paid directly at the hotel reception upon departure.

Mercure Budapest Buda

This 4-star hotel is located in 10 minutes’ walk to the ECEIM Congress Venue, in the neighbourhood of the historical Castle District with easy access to public transportation. Burg Hotel

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations should be sent to Congress Office in written form. All refunds will be processed after the Congress.

Refund of the Hotel payment will be made as follows:

• 100% refund (minus 20 EUR administrative fee) in case of cancellation received before 1 October, 2017.
• 1 night fee penalty in case of cancellation received between 1 and 20 October, 2017.
• No refund from 21 October, 2017.
