Payment and Cancellation Policy of Accommodation

Full stay pre-payment is required upon registration. Payment by bank/wire transfer or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) is accepted. Confirmation and invoice will be sent by the Event Secretariat in e-mail to all registered participants. Full refund of accommodation costs upon cancelling your accommodation before 10 March, 2017. No refund after this date.
