In case of cancellation of a registration for the annual conference, the ESC adheres to the following rules:

  1. ESC will deduct 10% of the registration fees in case of reimbursement. The reason is that the firm that deals with the credit-payment takes a commission for each operation. Therefore, in this case the ESC is paying two commissions.
  2. No reimbursement will be made for cancellations arriving less than four weeks before the conference. Therefore, the deadline for cancellations is 7 August, 2013.
