Hotel booking deadline: 20 August, 2014 – after this deadline accommodation cannot be guaranteed. Hotel reservations are on a first come first served basis and are through the hotels own booking sites (Hilton, Mecure and Novotel) and through the Conference Office (all other hotels).

Reservation to Hilton, Novotel and Mercure

Please follow the below links to book your room. Upon receipt of the reservation, each participant will receive a confirmation from the booked hotel by email. Please note that any reservation payment or change of the reservation should be sent directly to the hotel administration. Terms and conditions, cancellation policy will be clearly stated on the hotels’ booking sites.

Reservation to all other hotels

Reservation will be made only on pre-payment and should be sent online or in written form on the Registration & Hotel Booking Form.
Upon receipt of the reservation and payment, each participant will receive a confirmation from the Conference Office by email. Any modification requests should be sent to Conference Office. Once modified on-site, the actual final cost of the stay and the extras should be paid directly at the hotel reception upon departure.

All cancellations should be sent to Conference Office in written form.

Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:

100% refund (minus 50 EUR administrative fee) in case of cancellation received before 15 July, 2014
No refund in case of cancellation received after 15 July, 2014
