Registration

Registration is required for all conference participants. All registrations should be sent in e-mail to Conference Secretariat (golob@congressline.hu) as attachment.

Registration fees

Limited number of 30-50% discount fee registrations (max. 10+10 persons) are offered upon written applications with straight justification sent in e-mail to golob@congressline.hu by 30 June the latest (max. 1 person per institution). Feed back till 31 July, based on decision by Organizing Committee.

• Coffee, tea and snacks on conference days
• Lunches on conference days

Accompanying persons fee includes:

• Welcome Reception
• Full day excursion to Vácrátót
• Conference Dinner
• Budapest Sightseeing Tour
• Tour Bag

Confirmation

Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the Conference Secretariat upon receipt of registration and payment. If the confirmation has not been received after 1 week of the application, please do not hesitate to contact the Secretariat via email at golob@congressline.hu. Payments sent after 1 October 2017 may not be confirmed in written form. In this case, please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.

Cancellation Policy of Registration

All the cancellations and changes must be sent to the Conference Secretariat (CongressLine Ltd.) in written form. All refunds will be processed after the conference. Please send your exact bank account details in the written cancellation.

Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:

• 100% refund (minus 50 Euro administrative fee) if cancellation received before 31 August 2017
• No refund in case of cancellation received after 31 August 2017.

All payments should be made in Euro. All charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender.

Credit Card payments (VISA, EuroCard/MasterCard, AMEX cards are accepted)

Card number with expiry date, card holder’s name, billing address of the cardholder, CVC code (the last three digits on the back of the credit card where the signature is - only VISA and EC/MC) and signature of the cardholder are needed.
