Registration is required for all IAQ World Quality Forum participants. All registrations should be sent online or in written form on the Registration & Hotel Booking Form.

All fees include VAT (Value Added Tax, 27% in Hungary).
*PhD Students are asked to provide signed and stamped confirmation of their status from the institution where they are studying. Student confirmations should be sent along with the registration.
The registration fees include:
- Access to all Forum sessions
- Delegate bag with Forum materials
- Attendance at the official social programs (welcome reception, gala dinner)
- Attendance at Forum lunches and coffee breaks
Post-Forum Seminar registration fee includes:
- Attendance to the Post-Forum Seminar
- Post-Forum Proceedings on CD
- Lunch on October 28
- Coffee Breaks on October 28
The accompanying persons' fee includes:
- Attendance at the official social programs (welcome reception, gala dinner)
- Half-day Sightseeing tour in Budapest with lunch at Grand Market Hall
- Half-day Bath tour to Széchenyi Bath
If you are already registered to the forum and would like to participate at any Post-Forum Seminars, please send your request directly to Forum Secretariat, Ms Bea Golovanova to golob@congressline.hu.
CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the Forum Secretariat upon receipt of registration and payment. If the confirmation has not been received after 1 week of the application, please do not hesitate to contact us via email at golob@congressline.hu. Payments sent after 15 October, 2015 may not be confirmed in written form. In this case, please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.
CANCELLATION POLICY OF REGISTRATION
All the cancellations and changes must be sent to the Forum Secretariat (CongressLine Ltd.) in written form. All refunds will be processed after the IAQ World Quality Forum. Please send your exact bank account details in the written cancellation.
Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:
- 100% refund (minus 50 EUR administrative fee) in case of cancellation received before 15 August, 2015
- No refund in case of cancellation received after 15 August, 2015
