Hotel Reservation

Reservations should be made via the on-line reservation system or can be sent by fax after printing and filling the Hotel & Tour Reservation Form.

Pre-payment of 1-night deposit is required. Congressline Ltd will confirm by email each participant when the reservation and the deposit are received. Deposit payment can be made by bank transfer, or by credit card through the secured on-line reservation system. The difference between the 1-night deposit and the actual final cost of the stay and the extras should be paid directly at the hotel upon departure.

All reservation changes should be sent directly to Congressline Ltd by email to riesz@congressline.hu.

General Conditions of Reservation

Reservation can be made only with the payment of the deposit.
Accommodation is subject to availability and on a first come first served basis.

Hotel rooms reservations period:
May 21-24, 2012 (3 nights)
Reservation is possible also 2 nights before and after the main period, but subject to availability.

Check-in cannot be guaranteed before 14.00. Check-out time is 10.00. For early or late check-in/check-out please fill the special request field when book on-line.

Hotel prices are indicated in Euro per room per night, including breakfast and all the taxes. Please consider, that breakfast and taxes are usually NOT included in the rates on hotel booking sites or hotels’ own websites.

Cancellation Policy of Accommodation

All cancellations and changes must be sent to Congressline Ltd in written form by mail, fax or e-mail. Please send your exact bank account details in the written cancellation. All refunds will be processed within 2 weeks after once all account details have been sent.

Refund of the hotel deposit sent to CongressLine Ltd will be made as follows:
100 % refund minus 10% administrative fee in case of cancellation received before 20 April, 2012.
No refund in case of cancellation received after 20 April, 2012
